How do I search for library items online?
You can search for books, DVDs, audiobooks, video games, and more using the online library catalogue, called TRACpac.
How do I view my account online?
Visit the library catalogue at tracpac.ab.ca and login using the barcode number from your library card and your PIN which is the last four digits of your phone number we have on file for you.
How do I renew my library items?
Regular items may be renewed up to two times, as long as there are no holds on the items. Some exceptions may apply. Items may be renewed in person, by phone, or online.
How do I place a hold?
Holds may be placed in person, by phone, or online.
How do I access eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, and other digital content?

I forgot my PIN/PASSWORD, what do I do?
If you are unsure of your PIN/Password, click the I forgot my password link in TRACpac, or give us a call.
